We have confirmed that the suspension on sign-in and sign-up to HiNative via Twitter account and we have been investigating the issue.

Recently similar cases have been confirmed with other services due to the recent response from Twitter (X Corp.).

To keep your HiNative account available, we would appreciate it if you register your e-mail address and password before logging out from HiNative.

By setting up an email address and password, you will be able to sign in to your HiNative account with your username or your email address and the password you registered.

<How to set up e-mail address and password for your HiNative account>

  1. go to your profile page > tap the setting button (⚙) > tap "My account" on the "Settings" page
  2. Tap "Change email address” and enter your available email address in the "New Emai address" field
  3. Tap "Save" in the upper right corner of the screen
  4. Back to "My account" page and tap "Change Password”
  5. Enter any password in the "New Password" fields and tap "Save" in the upper right corner of the screen
